Ok, Izzy, here is my answer. Use Snappa.com or Befunky.com. Then add the photos from shutter-stock photos or photos you have taken. Download the collage onto your computer. Then log into your blogger account and go to layout. You will see header. Click "edit". Then it will ask add a photo. Go into your downloads onto your computer file and it may show up as untitled, or if you named it, the name you labeled it by. Then click it. Wait for it to upload and it'll show the photo collage. Last, click "save". Hope that helps!
